Feb 26, 2020 · Click on ‘three dots menu’ button at the top right corner of the Chrome window. In the menu go to ‘More tools’, then ‘Extensions’. Look for ‘Hide My History’, ‘HideMyHistory’ and other suspicious extensions. Click ‘Remove’ to uninstall the browser extension. Click ‘Remove’ in the dialog box. In the Google Apps Admin Console(C Panel) go to Device Management>Chrome management>User settings. Under the Security heading find the Incognito Mode setting and set it to "Disallow incognito mode" and set the Browser History setting to "Always save browser history". - This does not actually prevent users from clearing the history. Click the three dots in the upper right, then choose Settings. Once in the Settings menu, scroll all the way down to the bottom and click on Advanced. Scroll down a bit more, to the Privacy and Security section. Find the Content Settings option and click it.

It should look like this: Nice! No Chrome web history on display! But – the web history is still there if you do want to view it for easy access.
