I click Win key + S, select System, and attempt to access Apps & features on the left pane. However, when I click it, nothing happens except “Apps & features” becomes highlighted in bold. 1- CCleaner doesn't list all the apps for all users; only for the current user (and I don't believe that is even a full list). 2 - Removing the app through CCleaner only removes it for the current user. That will re-register and reinstall all Windows apps, hopefully getting the Settings app (and others) back to full working order. Run an SFC Scan. Nov 30, 2017 · Once in the Apps & features menu, on the left side, you will see the option for Default apps, select it. The Default apps list shows Maps, Music player, Photo viewer, Video player, and Web browser. If you want to change the default application all you need to do is select the app in the category you’re interested in. The Related settings features a link to the Control Panel window Programs and Features, where you can uninstall and change any programs that don't appear in the Apps & features section.
